Directions

* Before any exercise adjust the flexistretcher to your desired resistance.

 

*Adjust FlexiStretcher by moving the small metal piece towards the center strap to tighten and increase your resistance. Move the small metal piece away from the center strap to loosen and decrease your resistance.

Here are two stretches you can do with the Flexistretcher:

 Arabesque stretch:

  1. Adjust loops and elastic to your desired resistance.

  2. Place both nylon loops around right foot.

  3. Bend right knee back and place strap around left shoulder.

  4. Extend right leg to the back , side or front and stretch away!

  5. Repeat with left leg.

Side split stretch:

  1. Adjust loops to desired resistance.

  2. Sitting down take your Flexi Stretcher and place the strap around your upper back with the loops coming forward around your body

  3. Place each loop on each foot.

  4. Extend legs out to the side for a sitting up side split stretch or rock back lying on your back with legs extended to the side for a better side split stretch.
